With reference to your Despatch

No. 323 and previous correspondence, I have the honour

nclosure 24 February, 1901.

to transmit to you the enclosed copy of a letter from

Mr. Mossop, the Officer in charge of the New Law Courts

buildings, and to request that the Consulting Architects

may be communicated with, in order that they may send

out as soon as possible such further detail plans as

they consider necessary.

As the foundations of the build-

ings will be completed in about 2 months, the time

has arrived for preparing the estimate and specifica-

tion for the superstructure.
